Welcome to the Oldham Housing Investment Partnership (OHIP) website. OHIP is the social housing sector partnership for Oldham. We bring together the main housing providers in the borough, to work collectively.
OHIP members manage over 19,000 households in Oldham, which represents 23% of the households in the borough and have access to some of the most hard to reach communities.
OHIP partners with a range of public and third sector bodies.
