Welcome to the Oldham Housing Investment Partnership (OHIP) website. OHIP is the social housing sector partnership for Oldham. We bring together the main housing providers in the borough, to work collectively and contribute to Local Area Agreement delivery.
OHIP members manage over 22,400 households in Oldham, which represents about 30% of the households in the borough and have access to some of the most hard to reach communities.
