Partnership Manager (full time)

Diane has worked at OHIP since November 2010. She started her career at Manchester City Council as an Environmental Health Officer specialising in private sector housing.  Diane has over 30 years experience of working in Metropolitan and City councils both in Greater Manchester and Merseyside delivering and managing both public sector and private sector housing functions.  Diane has a wealth of knowledge and experience of delivering schemes, area regeneration, community engagement, partnership working as well as managing a strategic housing service.

Alison Stuart

Partnership Officer (full time)

Alison has worked at OHIP since January 2008.  Before coming to OHIP she worked as the Resident Involvement Officer at East Dorset Housing Association and has also worked at the Tenant Participation Advisory Service and Stockport Council, in the Supporting People Team.

Alison has a degree in Geography from the University of Manchester and a Post Graduate Certificate in Housing and Community Renewal from the University of Western England.  She recently completed the pilot of the Work Based Learning module which OHIP has developed in partnership with Salford University and which focuses on Community Cohesion.

Alison is involved in a wide range of activities at OHIP and takes a lead on the Worklessness and Financial Inclusion agendas.

Sadia Akram

Partnership Officer (Part Time)

Sadia has worked with OHIP since 2005 and is contracted through Pasha Associates.  She works to deliver a number of cohesion projects in the borough including the House Party and an annual Cohesion Seminar; she has recently completed level 2 Philosophy for Communities Training and also completed accredited Conflict Awareness and Resolution training.  She is a practitioner for the project Good Relations Oldham, working as a mediator and trainer for the project.

Sadia has a background in Housing, Community Cohesion and Equality and Diversity.

Sadia has a BA (Hons) in Social Policy and Administration from the University of Central Lancashire and a Post Graduate Degree in Housing Practice and Policy from the University of Salford, and is hoping to complete her Masters in this subject.

Linda Ford

Downsizing Officer

Linda has worked at OHIP since August 2011. She attended Salford University and has a Diploma in Housing Studies. She worked as a Housing Officer with Great Places Housing Group for 12 years and moved into Regeneration with Housing Market Renewal in Werneth, Oldham. 

Linda has a wealth of knowledge and experience in public and private sector housing and uses this to good effect when dealing with downsizing. She understands the merits and rewards of the scheme, and provides support to people who choose to improve their housing provision by moving from larger family homes to smaller more manageable properties.
